Flutter (the renamed Paddy Power Betfair) is merging with Stars Group (owners of Pokerstars, FullTilt, Sky Betting & Gaming).
Lots of private live tables contained in amongst that lot!
Technically it's an all-share acquisition. However structured, the end result will be the biggest online gambling company in the world, valued at just under €11 billion.

And could eventually all be contained in the same studio. Given the recent announcement that Betfair & Paddy Power will soon carry Evolution live games, it looks likely that that studio would be an Evolution Gaming one.Quote:

The proposed mega-merger between Flutter and Stars Group is to be investigated by the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority.
Should the deal gain all necessary approvals, including this newest hurdle Flutter previously have said they hope to complete the deal during the second or third quarter of 2020.
Since what time 19 games from Evolution gaming are available at Betfair ("Arcade") ?

Is playing at those (Betfair->Evolution) tables awarded with Comp Poins ? Has anybody been check already ?

But by way of some partial explanation to PokerStars' relative quiet period I was referring to above. They are now carrying Playtech live dealer games in addition to their big private area at Evolution Gaming (albeit most tables are closed in the current virus lockdown period).
