Had a quick look at the poker product.

This is definitely different to the main live poker options out there.
The demo didn't seem to be fully operational, but (correct me if I'm wrong) you can place bets at any stage of the deal on which hand you think will win. Presumably, odds/payout for the hand bets ('Hand 1 wins' , Hand 2 wins' etc) are automatically calculated based on the state of play (this was the bit that wasn't displaying).
Tell us a bit more about Betgames.TV (I'm assuming you're associated with them in some way?)...
- any casinos carrying your games?
- licensed anywhere?
This may be a complete shot in the dark ...
Some Evolution dealers left a few months ago to go to a new live TV studio lottery/ games provider that was offering higher wages than Evolution.
Last I heard those games weren't licensed yet.
OK jerdal, just how close was Fester's shot in the dark?
I suspect he's hit the target :p
