How not to run a live casino

There was an interesting report in Asia Online yesterday about a live deal casino that was set up in Taiwan of all places (servers in Philippines). They decked out the studio to look like it was based in China and hired a bunch of young (some under 18) models to work as dealers. The operation was recently shut down by police.
