Playtech's latest new game is now live,
.....no prizes for immediately knowing which rival product they've copied ;)
that's right....Playtech's take on Evolution Gaming's Money Wheel game Dream Catcher,
Attachment 5450
Pretty much a like for like direct copy of Evolution's product.
One difference being the available side bets ....Even, Odd & Multiplier where you are betting on groups of numbers
Attachment 5451
Even = 2 or 10 or 20 or 40
Odd = 1 or 5
Multiplier = x2 or x7
Attachment 5452 ...... now available at Sky Casino
10 rounds of inactivity = disconnection ? If yes, then HAX (far away) this game may go. Not just go, but run as fast as it can. Or even fly away back to the sky after our hard (virtual) kick in the .. donkey.
P.S. But if it appears at some Betfair with $0,1 mininimum bet (like almost everywhere at Evolution) and without that *** expiration due to inactivity after 10 rounds, then we'll agree to join.
P.P.S. Ok, the last chance and my final word: 1 comp point for $3 (instead of ordinary $10) - and i'm forgiving for a short time.
Here is the (for the most part obvious) payout table & return to player (RTP) information for Spin A Win,

....betting on ODD looks to be the best option.
Popped up a couple weeks back at Paddy Power, but no longer there.
Fester I see from your April Findings it has been discontinued at Sky as well.
Wonder if we'll see Spin a Win anywhere ever again, or if it's been consigned to live table history after a pretty short stint.
It's on it's way back soon. They had some technical issues and also realised it wasn't very good in it's current form.
I didn't realise, but it's an RNG wheel, not the same as Evolutions Dream Catcher and other wheels which are live. I think that was part of the problem when the wheel stuttered when slowing for the winning number.
Spin A Win is back.
Version 2 is live at Betfred at the moment. The big change is the wheel is no longer an RNG device. It's a real wheel that settles under gravity rather than at a pre-determined number. Much smoother operation than the first version, which looked jerky and somewhat false.
I don’t understand why Playtech ever wanted to go the way of RNG and all the obvious potential for claims of cheating from players on a live dealer game.
But then they’ve got away with the pretence of tips going to the dealer for years without major exposé/outcry.
It's certainly an odd one and the main reason they pulled the first version. Glad to see they came to their senses.
Certainly is...for so many reasons. Fester hit on the main one...player skepticism on RNG outcomes. From what you said Bod, it wasn't obvious or made clear that the wheel wasn't real, which would also annoy some players who may have played it under the apprehension that outcomes are gravity, not computer driven.Quote:

I don't know, but also would have thought a real wheel would have been cheaper and easier to use ?? Big wheel, divided into segments with a simple hub?
And at the end of the day, if you're going to copy a competitor's game, you have to make it better, or at least as good. Not worse.
Good they've sorted it out, and look forward to playing mark II
Dafabet has just launched, Betfair has not. And right now it looks very cool: $0,1-10K on 1, no disconnection after 10 rounds of inactivity... Hope, it remains like that forever. Cause i still remember about Hi-Lo at Betfair. At the beginning: Min limit of $0,1 and Maximum Payout $1000, 30 minutes of inactivity without any disconnections... And a few months later: Min limit $1, 10 game rounds without betting = get out. Like: sorry, but your honeymoon is over.
so here is the new look, less decidedly dodgy (ie. non RNG controlled) Spin A Win wheel, complete with colourful suit...
Attachment 5617
Available (again) also at Sky Casino.
Betfair now "Yes". Few days already. $0.1-5K on 1 yellow, $0.1-1K on 40 red.

If big wheel games are your thing, but Evo's Crazy Time is a bit too much. Playtech have a summer promotion running on an extra themed Spin A Win game.
Attachment 6663
.... the summer promo also features on a smaller wheel game aka roulette,
Attachment 6664 Attachment 6665
Summer promotion tables are playable at GVC Holdings casino brands eg. Ladbrokes, Coral, (Bwin?,..)
Can't see it there Fester. In fact can't see any Playtech games at Bwin presently. Perhaps a temporary thing?Quote:
Bwin?
Cheers LD, I wasn't convinced the promotion would be anyway.Quote:

I do see Playtech RNG games (slots/Quantum Roulette etc) are still at Bwin for UK players, presumably the same for you also.
