Launched in June 2009, Smart Live Casino baccarat follows its blackjack and roulette offerings as a 'made for tv' game presented for play via the website cast as well as via subscriber television channels.  At the time of writing, the game was telecast on Freesat and SKY channels for UK viewers. No doubt this will will expand to Freeview and possibly free to air channels in the UK and perhaps even  further afield in the future.

The game interface is no-fuss but effective with bet instructions and prompts all clear and intuitive.  A not so impressive game graphic displays the dealt cards clearly in virtual form in case you can't see the actual cards on the table.  As with Smart's blackjack and roulette games, we experienced a consistent and noticeable lag between the video stream and virtual graphic display, which is disconcerting but not the end of the world.

On the positive side, this is one of the few live baccarat games available for free or guest play.  You are not even required to register an account in order to play in in 'free-play' mode which is a great feature allowing for game and interface familiarization before choosing to play with real money.

Time between deals is a swift 15 seconds so wait times are not a problem especially given no player decisions are required during the deal so total waiting time per bet round is really negligible - even for the most impatient players.

It should be noted that this game is not available for play 24/7.  In fact, at the time of writing it was being broadcast for the 2 hours from 10pm to 12pm (GMT) only.  Hopefully this will be expanded shortly.

	Smart Live's baccarat Follows the typical interface format with an inset video that you are able to expand to full screen view. Table graphic is less than impressive but does it's job.  What you may find annoying is the lag between the real deal and the graphical representation of that deal.
