Later I remembered The Dealer mentioning Mila

As you implied, some Playtech Italian dealers have gone to Evolution .... Rogers, Edvins etc.

But, if they don't give the nickname to another dealer that is a clue they may still work for Playtech. In another position, or on maternity leave etc.

Hi Unclefester, thanks for your reply.

I knew that she had to do a study and holiday period, but from what I understand from other dealers that you have changed or left the casino where I play.
Obviously, other dealers can not say this information. But I realized that she with other dealers have left or changed.
I had lost my mind for her, I talked with her for so long and now I do not see it anymore and I feel bad. I hope to see you again soon.

    Hi Black, welcome.

Well she has been busy with her University work, and then talking about a holiday.

She was working mostly late peak shift so not hard to find her when at work.

    ---

Officially dealers are not allowed to tell players they are leaving, how many days they are off work etc.

The Playtech studio just wants players coming back everyday looking for favourite dealers. They don't seem to realise how treating players like that can be so annoying and so they stop going to the casino.

This only really concerns Italians and Bummy...

Emilija is also not a dealer now

Last time I chatted with Emilija she was talking about going to Italy, possibly with Elizabete and her boyfriend.

Italian Playtech regulars may want to keep your eyes open for the 3 of them in Italy . That's if you are not to busy talking at the casino and following dealers onto English tables to continue your conversations, asking when they are back on Italian tables, etc.

It's not an opportunity /promotion /reward that just longer serving dealers were given, some of the newest dealers moved!

Yes I know they got to learn another language ! (a rather hastily 3 months for the 'second wave' of dealers)
Working on the same few tables, with often no players at William Hill BJ, & your own few personal (maniac) players.

In reality the Italian dealers get paid more ..... money talks as they say!

I wonder what happens if they have plenty of Italian dealers & stop paying them extra

You must admit, It seems strange that a company like Playtech would spend time & money training dealers in Italian, hire new English speaking dealers. Then say to the Italian dealers "yes you have a free choice to move back to English tables".

What would they do if the majority suddenly said they wanted to go back to English tables?

The 'second wave' of dealers I spoke to seemed to know very little about what would be their situation once they moved to Italian tables. They thought they would spend some time on Italian tables & other times at English tables. I told them that the other Italian dealers hadn't returned to English tables, etc.

I still believe once they got dealers taught in Italian & hired new English dealers Playtech had no intention of allowing dealers to move back to English tables ... "Why should they..?"

Of course the odd one may move back who Playtech feels is struggling, like dealers get taken off VIP tables for mistakes.

I assume Italian dealers have to agree to work on the Italian tables for like a year+, otherwise pay for the course fees.

    because they miss Unclefester!

Thanks, I'll take that light heartedly

    Otherwise I might be offended.

Italian tables are a personal challenge.

A dealer once told told me that she didn't think I was a quitter & she expected to see me one day at her table, even if that meant me moving to Italy.

Those dealers really know how to 'pull the strings' of players!

Agnese is no longer a dealer.

She has joined other CSR ex-dealers to help protect the 'church of Playtech'.

Yes Black ... you can stop looking for her.

She's still working there, but not as a dealer anymore.

Not the news you wanted to hear sorry.

To be Fair, a lot of dealers have quit Playtech in the last two months. It's been hard on the other dealers taking more shifts etc.
    But I hear ya Unclefester......
I have lost some of my favourite dealers to Italian tables and to other places withing ELT. I am still trying to find a way to get on Italian tables.
    Any ideas?
