Have a friend who lived in a new big apartment tower in Shanghai. After all the children living in the tower got sick there was an investigation and it was found out that the floor boards were treated with a cheap stain that was toxic.

That one took a lot longer to build. Imagine all the corners that will be cut on this 90 day project!
