    ... perhaps a career in basketball next if he leaves politics ?

    He is cool! I remember him as a guest in TopGear, where he had to do a test drive and afterwards Clarcson was begging him not to forbid drinking bear in London Underground, because there is no fun in using public transport without beeing dizzy. Funny...

    Yes I remember that episode of TopGear ... funny

    He was a 'normal' Member of Parliament who became very famous because of his television appearances on popular shows ... which led to him being elected Mayor in 2008.
