Chat to players from other casinos

I always thought being able to chat with players from all casinos would enhance the gaming experience and make it more like playing in a B&M casino. As you can already chat with players from your own casino and the dealer, I can't see it being a technical issue, so does anyone know why they don't allow it?

Perhaps they don't want players comparing bonuses, live rooms etc. I really don't know, just guessing.

It could be partially a technical issue.

But, as you say, Playtech tries to limit the exchange of casino information and Playtech 'secrets' between players.

The dealers often respond in a vague way to questions, such as

why do you ask about that/those ?

purposefully to prevent other players knowing what the question was.
