Hello again bet365...and Playtech!

Nice to get some chips on the tables at bet365 after year or 2 geo-blocked.
Also nice to be back on the Playtech floor and seeing some familiar faces. Also plenty of unfamiliar faces, and first time in the Emperor Room.

Signing up wasn't without it's headaches....went something like this:

1. try using old login... get error message 'these details don't exist'
2. OK, old account completely wiped so I'll open a new one
3. open new account relatively painlessly.
4. go to cashier to deposit ($200) using NeTeller.
5. get error message and prompt to contact Support
6. after 30min on live chat, turns out the system identified my NeTeller account number attributed to another member account (ie my old one!) so deposit blocked
7. Kaye from support (very nice) sorted problem so I go ahead and deposit $200.
8. get automatic $200 bonus...happy days
9. All excited, ready to play.
10. Open live casino. Am asked to login again (What?)
11. login fails...another error message and prompt to contact support
12. Excitement is fading fast
13. Contact support again.
14. Zoe from support tells me that my daily deposit limit from old account ($100) has been automatically carried over to new acct, so my $200 deposit has frozen my account (would have been easier to get a message on depositing to this effect)
15. This problem is fixed. Not before the casino pays some $$ back into my Neteller account.
16. So now I have barely any cash in the account (bonus vanished with the refund), but at least I can login, so I do
17. On login this time I am prompted to go through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, starting with email verification.
18. I enter my email address, per account. Get message 'this email is incorrect'
19. Decide to skip KYC
20. Finally open casino and have a quick look around and place a couple of bets. No energy left to do much more than that

The hits keep coming. Just logged in to be told ...

As part of our KYC* procedures we require a valid email address.
We are unable to accept the email address ...

And some people say online casinos promote problem gambling. My only problem with it currently is that it prevents me from gambling at all!

New account with changed details is sending the old bet365 security protocols into overdrive...and it's killing me slowly

If anyone ever manages to hack into bet365 account, a part of me will be very angry. Another part will be quietly impressed. I can't even get into it!
