Well this just about the complicated promotion I've ever seen at an online casino. It's on at bet365.
The winner prize is substantial, and there's also bonuses on offer along the way totaling €25,000.

You should read the terms on this one, but below is the summary of what you can get and how you get it.

    When?
It runs every day from Tuesday 28th October, to Friday 7th November

    How does it work?
Basically the aim of the game is solving their murder mystery. There are clues (9 in all) as to who done it, what weapon was used, where the dastardly deed took place etc.

To unlock the clues you need to fulfill daily tasks. These tasks of course involve playing bet365's casino games (certain number of bets, certain wager value for day etc). The tasks differ per day, as set out in this table.

    Is opt-in required?
Yes - you won't unlock any clues unless you've click the Opt-in button on the promo page.

    The winners prize
There are a bunch of runner-up bonus giveaways along the way, but the main prize is trip for 2 on the Orient Express. The winner is randomly drawn from all players who manage to unlock all 9 clues and solve the mystery.

    Prize includes:
    • 1 night's stay at the Ritz Hotel in London,
    • Private cabin suite on the Orient Express journey from London to Venice,
    • 3 night's stay at the Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice,
    • Flight back to London
    • €1,500 spending money

Or, if trains aren't your thing, €12,500 cash alternative (no wagering requirement)
'coz good old fashioned real random beats simulated random any day
