Vuetec, the 'in-casino' stream pioneers that have been supplying their Distance Gaming product to online casinos for 10 years now, have closed down.

Not actually closed. They have sold their casino operations and are changing their business model from operator towards being a service provider.

Global Live Casino was one of the last ones to migrate (3 days ago). The company Vuetec will virtually be extinct (other than holding Dublinbet brand who is operated by another firm. During the last few year there has been another company born within Vuetec (separate company mind you), that will soon launch gaming support services. Their current staff are greatly affected by this change.

I wish them well and appreciate their work over the years.

    Is that company Play Pearls?

    Same owners and/or management?

Think we're ever likely to see old Vuetec games like Live Blackjack Basic Strategy with Early Payout™ or Live Texas Hold'em available again?

Sure, I can clarify. Keep in mind that I am not involved with them, but here is what I know.

No, Play Pearls is 100% different. Play Pearls has saved some of the existing white label brands that previously used Vuetec's software. LuckyLiveCasino.com, 1LiveCasino.com, and GlobalLiveCasino.com are the biggest examples.

The operators of the white label are still the same. I don't know about Vuetec's ownership or how it has changed.

You know, Vuetec discontinued live blackjack with Early Payout almost a year ago. Live Texas Holdem, almost 2 years ago. I don't think we will ever see those again on a Java based download (I don't think anyone will be using those again, too outdated).

You can still play Live Blackjack with Early Payout at Vig's casinos (CelticCasino.com and FairwayCasino.com)

My experience with Vuetec, has been positive. They had great ethics (important).

So after a bit of research.

Actual Gaming (which started within Vuetec) are now the company that provide the Live casino solutions that Lucky Live and DublinBet both use. Lucky Live is now owned by Play Pearls and affiliated through LiveCasinoPartners and DublinBet by Starfish Media and is now affiliated through igamingpartners. The transfer to igamingpartners hasn't been smooth.

Actual Gaming market that they have Live Blackjack, but I've not been able to find anyone that has it.
