I have no issues with more male dealers in principle, but wish they were they were used more prudently considering player demographic.
Some shifts now at Playtech the situation arises where the majority of blackjack dealers at a casino are male. Which tends to result in the female dealer tables full of players and waiting lists. Meanwhile the male dealer tables are half empty.
It's not just a Playtech issue though. The other day at Unibet's dedicated area in the Evolution studio 3 of the 4 blackjack tables were male dealers.
More thought needs to be applied to the clusters (dealer table schedule) to avoid such situations.
Previously at Evolution, on the general floor blackjack tables only male dealers replaced male dealers. Likewise for female dealer tables.
Which worked well ... if you only wanted to talk to female, or male dealers you could go to a table and you knew what gender the next dealer would be also.
But now, anything goes almost
But also as you know visitor old female dealers often return to dealing after a period of absence .
And you also know there are tables where the Latvian studios only use female dealers.
It was a 'policy shift' sometime ago to hire more male dealers.
Generally its because as boring as dealing cards can get, after having experience in other job they understand how flexible dealer job is.
And hint to you - im not who you think i am.
not what Playtech dealers are taught to say at the tables .... but I fully get you!Generally its because as boring as dealing cards can get...
The main reason they return to dealing is because the money is some of the best paid, easy to get work in Riga. I know a few dealers who left the studios and then struggled to find work.
Hint to you - there are only really 2 people you could be, both 'friends', who would think I know who you are. The fact that you started posting after long break and looking elsewhere in the forum kinda proves who you are.And hint to you - im not who you think i am.
im not dealing anymore. its been a while actually.
Playtech-Asia has finally added male-dealers. That's a little bit funny. Right now i don't see anybody of them, but few hours ago there were about 3-5 guys working at the same time, cause only afternoon shifts yet for getting more control and gaining their experience.
Updated: they were changing each other at baccarat. For Asia it's afternoon shift, while for Europe still morning.
Few more of them were dealing blackjack at the same time..
