    Chat Problems

    Hello to all,

    In the last month, I always have problems with the live dealers chat. I am writing some minutes, and then the chat is not working anymore. I write something down, but you donīt see it on the screen, and the dealers cannot read it. I think its a general problem with the chat, ecspecially when there is a lot of traffic at the llive dealers, mostly in the afternoon and evening time. But Im not sure if its a general problem. Can it be a problem with my computer too?

    I wrote to the support, but they say everything is ok. But when I am at a table and the chat is not working anymore for me, nobody else can write too, so it must be a problem at the casino. I use the playtech casino in Latvia.

    Hi Superfcb: I suggest you uninstall the program-software casino and reinstall it on your own computer, maybe is a problem of a driver and the program itself, as I have detected a problem and I have done this is the program with better quality.

    Hi Superfcb. My guess is the problem's at your end. I get this sometimes when my internet connection isn't great and have to close and re-open the game window every now and again...or even log-out of the casino altogether and then log in again.

    Which casino are you experiencing this problem at?

    Well it was at "EuropaCasino.com". As the chat does not work I have changed the casino to "BET365" and there the problem was too. Even after I left the casino or start my computer new I could not write. The video is working very fine, but the chat does not. Well lets see, how it will be in the future.

    its not your problem ,but playtec's server!i asked dealer about it and she confirmed this!

    I guess Playtech is too busy spending their portion of DEALER TIPS on Italian lessons & buying other casino operators/ gambling sites to have any money left for decent servers & equipment.

    I always thought it ironic that when you tip a favourite dealer, in a small way you may be helping Playtech to pay for Italian lessons, so that the dealer you tipped may no longer be there on English tables in the future.

    By the way...., speaking of playtech computer problems. This terrible video quality is not the same. I took some pictures, I hope they can be up soon. I've seen many players chatting as I say.

    By the way...., speaking of playtech computer problems. This terrible video quality is not the same. I took some pictures, I hope they can be up soon. I've seen many players chatting as I say.
    tatanes, what is your connection speed? I mean - is it fast enough to play the live games, without any issues? Have you read this usefull information? The video quality which Playtech is offering for their customers is excellent. The issue is that the Players have not fast connection enough, and instead of taking care of this, they are only moaning. Well, for me it is really annoying...

    What the hell?! Are you kidding me? Playtech is one of the top live game operators of the World, of course they have decent servers & equipment. And no, they are not buying gambling sites, they are offering to the sites their service/software, including the live games.
    And no, it is non of your business, where the tips are going after you have tipped the dealer. It is just another way for the Player to say "thank you". How to share the tips is up to the Companies policy. It is like that all around the World in any Casino, bar, Restaurant, Hotel, etc., and it is just silly to be so surpised about this.

    Do not understand why they get so angry with me The dealer . It is only an opinion and precisely because I am a customer of playtech.
    Answering their questions: I have an atomic connection, the better the market, I have to light a plant house so if I go light I have 20 minutes to reset my game concret in the roulette.
    The connection information read it since I joined this forum (about 2 years)
    Maybe it can not explain in English, but not about speed ..., the screen begins to generate tables as when a television is not quite right ... I noticed that in the 2 players chat Eurogrand what I observed and exposed him chatting.
    And I'm not a person who walks complaining, is just an opinion I expressed as a forum member and as a customer of many casinos that use Playtech software, I love this forum and I make an effort because although they can speak English are I can not compete with you or the administrator nor members sincerely appreciate as "unclefester"

    It's okay tatanes1 PLEASE DON'T WORRY.

    I'm SURE that 'The Dealer' is NOT angry with YOU.

    'The Dealer' is a long serving employee of Playtech & maybe just took criticism of Playtech too personal this time.

    No harm was done, there are much worse things in life to cope with.

    I'm certain many other members, like me, appreciate you taking time to contribute to the forum

    That video was working for players, but that chat wasn't working for other players also,... does suggest there was some technical / software problem at Playtech's side & not every other players side. As 'judgedread' seems to have had confirmed by another dealer.


    Video feed is much more demanding on resources than just sending chat, so it's much more likely that video wouldn't be working properly if it was an issue with the players internet connection.


    Regarding customer /technical support, that can be a major headache depending on which casino you belong to. I had 2 conversations with William Hill regarding my on screen nickname, the second lasting ~ 40mins & they still were unable to solve my problem.
