Instead of the randomly selected few straight-up numbers with multiplier applied on Playtech's Quantum Roulette
Every game round.
After betting is closed a new random multiplier (between x18 to x100) is generated and applies to every straight-up bet position.
The new roulette is in PokerStars private table area at Playtech.
So yes it's exclusive to PokerStars ...... except it is also available at Sky Casino
So it can be a reverse multiplier also (or divider I guess ) ...ie payout reduced from the standard 35:1.(between x18 to x100)
When there's give, there has to be just as much take to preserve that house edge.
'coz good old fashioned real random beats simulated random any day
Yes of course. So it can be a reverse multiplier also (or divider I guess ) ...ie payout reduced from the standard 35:1.
- The quoted (unhelpful) RTP of 97.30% just being the regular European Roulette value.
Actually there's never a payout of 35:1 (x36)
- the only multipliers are - 18,22,26,30,34,38,42,46,50 & 100
I know all these multiplier and game show games have proven very popular.
Thing is, the more the game relies on computer generated random outcomes, which these multipliers are, the more they move away from what attracted many (myself included) to live dealer games: real physically generated random, rather than simulated random.
Having a real dealer there smiling and commenting on the RNG outcome doesn't change this.
As long as the traditional live games remain I guess it's not a problem.
