Fancy a Monaco penthouse? Got $360 million?

That’s a lot for an apartment. But you do get a rooftop water slide.

It’s also not all that much more than the current record penthouse price of $308 million, also set in Monaco. That pad, a little more cramped for space at 1,625 sqm, was bought in 2010 reportedly by a member of Dubai’s Al-Maktoum royal family. They also have a 162m boat that they can bunk in if things get too squeezy in the penthouse.
