Meylin – Our dealer of the week

I went to Fairway Casino looking for their new classic (7seat) blackjack game. Instead I found Meylin at the old Blackjack Early Payout game.  Any disappointment that the new game wasn’t yet live quickly disappeared.

As well as being a proficient dealer and a very pleasant host, Meylin was nice enough to shed some light on a small mystery that has bugged me ever since playing at any of the ViG casinos. Every so often the dealers in the studio clap in unison…for no apparent reason.  Well that reason, I learned today, is that one of them has received a tip.

I know what you’re thinking. If I wasn’t such a tight-arse and actually tipped I would have learned this a long time ago!  As it happens I do tip the dealers…occasionally. But when I do it’s usually just before I close the game window so I miss the clapping.

So if you’re a regular at at Fairway, Celtic or Castle and you do tip the dealers, make sure you hang around long enough to hear your little thank you clap!
