Evolution and William Hill partner in the US

Highlights:

Freshly rebranded Evolution (yep, they’ve dropped the ‘Gaming’) have announced a deal to supply their live casino games to William Hill in the United States.

William Hill’s US facing live casino will have access to games live streamed from Evolution’s Atlantic City New Jersey studio initially, and other states as those tables come online (Pennsylvania studio on the way).

The deal continues Evolution’s relentless expansion into the regulated US market. Games from their New Jersey studio are already offered by a number of brands operating in the regulated New Jersey state market. They include include 888 (in partnership with Caesars), Unibet, Golden Nugget, Hard Rock Casino, Resorts Casino Hotel and the recently signed BetMGM.

The timing of the partnership in interesting. It comes as the William Hill PLC board have accepted a takeover offer from Caesars who have made it clear they only want William Hill’s US business. The rest of William Hill will be auctioned off if the deal completes.

Looking to the future, this Evolution/William Hill partnership could become more an Evolution/Caesars partnership.
