Tables from Playtech’s new Riga studio now live

Tables contained within Playtech’s new live dealer studio Riga, are now playable at participating Playtech live casinos.

When they made the announcement about the new premises last month details on when players could start playing tables contained within it, or indeed how many tables existed within were scant.

The question when, has been answered…now (as of 1 March).

As to the question of how many tables; we can say that there are at least four. Below are the tables and games that may now played live online at the likes of bet365, Betfair, Paddy Power and Ladbrokes.

With a boasted 8,500 m² of floor space, presumably the games below are the first of many to come out of the Playtech’s new studio.

Grand Roulette

Grand Roulette is a single zero (European) roulette table streamed using multiple camera angles and in high definition.

At time of writing this table was not available 24/7, opening at 9am (GMT) and closing in the wee hours of the morning. We’d expect it to be a 24/7 offering before too long.

Grand Blackjack

Grand Blackjack is one of 2 new blackjack tables, the other being Royale Blackjack, both available 24/7. Same house rules apply as the blackjack tables sitting on that worn carpet in the old Riga studio. Side bets and bet behind are also offered.

Grand Baccarat

Grand Baccarat offers a new look, but the exact same standard Punto Banco baccarat bets (Banker 0.95:1, Player 1:1, Tie 8:1) and side bets (pairs, Egalite), that you can place on Playtech’s older tables.
