Rather, it’s tucked behind a curtain, alongside the casino floor, in a purpose built studio that patrons cannot access.

Perhaps Casino Studio Live Roulette would have been a more accurate name?

The fact that it’s a built-for-live-streaming environment, gives Authentic a little more latitude with video capture than their in-casino tables that are on the casino floor. This becomes evident when you first open the game and have the option of selecting x4, or x2 cameras capturing the action.
