Fortune Roulette Live from Pragmatic Play
Fortune Roulette is Pragmatic Play’s first big live game release for 2025. It offers another twist on the now familiar live roulette multiplier game theme.
At the game’s foundation is a standard European Roulette wheel and table (or bet selector). You’re betting on which pocket the roulette ball will drop into with all the familiar roulette bets available. But each round multipliers are randomly generated to boost payouts on certain inside bets.
On Fortune Roulette, the multipliers come in the form of Fortune multiplier numbers, a Chest mega multiplier and a bonus game.
Fortune Roulette is taking bets at all major brands that are carrying Pragmatic’s live games, including 888, Leo Vegas and Dafabet.

Fortune number multiplied win
Shown in this example round is Split win on 15, which was designated as a Fortune number with 60x multiplier.
Chest number multiplied win
In this round, number 1 is designated as the Chest number.
With the ball landing in the 1 pocket, the Chest multiplier is the sum of all Fortune multipliers active in that game round: 60x + 60x + 60x +60x + 120x = 360x
A Straight Up bet on 1 this round would have paid 360x. A Split bet covering 1 would have paid 180x etc.
Fortune Roulette Bonus Game
If a spin results in the Bonus number, the bonus game launches. It’s a 5-reel, 3 line slot that does its thing to eventually (it ain’t quick) arrive at a payout figure for bets covering the Bonus number.
Our Thoughts on Fortune Roulette
Fortune Roulette is a high volatility roulette multiplier game.
Base payouts on inside bets are significantly reduced. But with up to 8 numbers attracting multipliers and all inside bets eligible, opportunities to hit boosted payouts are numerous. If you are betting inside your short term return volatility will be higher than playing regular roulette.
You can always play it safe and bet outside, for identical RTP and volatility as regular roulette. But if this is your play you may as well play a live European Roulette table.
In terms of presentation and playability, Fortune Roulette is hard to fault. Pragmatic don’t often miss with game presentation.
We do have a couple criticisms however.
- We’d prefer to see the bets to which multipliers apply having a higher theoretical return than regular roulette bets. This way you are further incentivised to take these bets.
There are roulette based live games where this is the case, including Pragmatic’s Lucky 6 Roulette - The bonus game does drag on a bit. OK if you have an active bet. Too long if you don’t.
