Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball now Live
Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball from Playtech is now live.
The first launched version is hosted by Brazilian presenters chatting in Portuguese. An English presenter version will arrive in due course.
It joins sister game shows Mega Fire Blaze Blackjack and Mega Fire Blaze Roulette. They all come with Playtech’s Mega Fire Blaze bonus games promising big payouts. They just employ different ways of triggering the bonus games.
With Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball, it’s a ball draw.
How to Play Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball
The premise of the game is pretty simple. You’re hoping to match the numbers on your purchased cards with those drawn from the ball machine.
On the main game, you are betting on 1 to 8 cards, each randomly populated with a 4×4 numbered grid (numbers 1 through 60).
You can also bet on the Major, Grand and Mega bonus games.
The ball draw sees 20 numbered balls randomly drawn from a pool of 60.
The game can be broken down into a few phases:
- Bet phase,
- Lucky Number phase,
- Ball draw phase, and if triggered
- Mega Fire Blaze Bonus game phase
Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball Bet Phase
You’re given a healthy 20 seconds to place your bets.
For the main game simply choose your chip value, and click any of the cards you wish to bet on. The cards are pre-populated with 16 RNG generated numbers.

You can also bet on the Major, Grand or Mega bonus game cards. Their numbers will be generated during the Lucky Number phase.

Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball Lucky Number Phase
Try saying that 5 times fast!
Ok, once your bets close (we’ve bet on 7 cards in the main game, and all bonus games) 11 Lucky Numbers are randomly generated.

The lucky numbers become the target numbers for the bonus game cards – 3 numbers for Major, 4 for each of the Grand and Mega cards.
The lucky numbers are also highlighted where they match with numbers on the main game cards, and serve to boost payouts on the main game (see pay table below).
Ball Draw Phase
On to the ball draw – 20 balls drawn in turn from a bingo machine chamber beginning with 60 balls.

As drawn numbers match on any main game or bonus cards, they turn red.
On the main game cards, every line matched earns a payout (eg vertical line on far right card).

If the line includes any lucky numbers, the regular payout is boosted. If for example, the matched line includes 4 lucky numbers, that card earns a 99:1 payout rather than the standard 4:1.

Mega Fire Blaze Bonus game phase
A completed line on any of the bonus cards triggers the associated bonus round. If multiple bonus games are triggered, they will all be played.

In this round, a Major bonus card is filled and the Major Fire Blaze bonus game launches. At the completion of the bonus game, a multiplier is generated (in this case 13x) and applied to the bet on that card.

Any bonus game win adds to any win on the main game for a total win.
That’s the crux of Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball. Any finer points can be found in the published house rules.
Theoretical return
For a game of complete chance, involving no skill or (outcome changing) decision making, the theoretical return applying isn’t too bad.
RTP be bet type is as follows:
- Main game: 97.32%
- Major bonus: 97.06%
- Grand bonus: 97.09%
- Mega bonus: 97.03%
For comparison, Vegas Ball Bonanza, a similar ball draw game show from Pragmatic Play returns around 95%.
