Pragmatic Play launch French Roulette Live Table
Pragmatic Play now have a live dealer French Roulette table. It’s a very welcome addition to their live roulette lineup.
Until this table’s (mid 2025) launch, our Pragmatic Play live roulette review page noted:
“The main thing lacking in Pragmatic’s live roulette table range is a French Roulette table offering the benefit of the rule of La Partage (offered at Evolution Roulette and Playtech Roulette).”
Thankfully we can now remove this.
And yes, Pragmatic’s French Roulette table offers the rule of La Partage. This rule dictates that for all bets with even chances (Red/ Black, Pair/Impair, and Manque/Passe) half of your money is returned when the ball lands on zero. This is far more generous than European Roulette tables where the entire even money bet is lost for a zero result.
This rule has significant return to player (RTP) implications.
Whereas the RTP for all bets on European Roulette tables is 97.3%, on Pragmatic’s French Roulette table taking the even money bets will return 98.65%. Indeed this is the case for all French Roulette tables employing La Partage.
But if you want these higher returns you must stick to the Red/ Black, Pair/Impair, and Manque/Passe bets. All inside bets, including neighbours and special bets don’t bring La Partage into play and therefore only return 97.3%.
Definitely worth being aware of when playing this table.

From look and feel point view, Pragmatic French Roulette table ticks all the boxes. Multiple camera angles capture and deliver the action in HD. The betting interface is very intuitive.

Half of even money (Black) bet is returned with a zero result
There’s a racetrack for easy placement of neighbours bets. Special bets are also easily placed to the right of the table bet area, where you can scroll through bets:
- Finales en Plein – straight up bets on all numbers ending in the selected digit.
- Finales a Cheval – bets on pairs of splits ending with the same digit.
- Full Complete – a maximum coverage bet that places all of the Inside bets on a specific number.

Just remember, if your strategy is maximising returns, these are not optimal bets to take.
