Bunnies Pulling the Players?
Question: What has long ears and is proving popular with live casino players?
Answer: Microgaming’s Playboy Bunny live dealers.
Without being privy to any stats on exactly how well Microgaming’s Playboy Bunny live dealers are being received by players worldwide, there is evidence to suggest the response has been a reasonably warm one.
Here’s the evidence. A number of large Microgaming licensees (32Red and AllSlots among others) gave their live dealer product a good crack a few years back only to give up on it, presumably from lack of player interest.
32Red’s decision to get back on board seemed to coincide with the launch of the Playboy Bunny product. This was followed by a pretty enthusiastic take-up by other casinos.
Just recently All Slots decided they’d get back on the horse, so to speak, and by the look of their new live casino landing page they’re pretty keen to let customers know who’s inside dealing the cards.
The Bunnies can’t take all the credit for the M’gaming live casino revival.
I remember back in the old days when accessing a Microgaming live dealer table, regardless of the casino you were playing at, was an exercise in frustration. This is no longer the case…far from it actually (unless you happen to be from Canada). Fast loading, browser play games are launched by a single click. The live games lobby is information rich and easy to navigate. No confusion. No frustration.
It’s possible the resurgence is just as much I.T. driven as it is T.I.T. driven. The latter probably hasn’t hurt though.
