Amazing Baccarat with live dealer from Pragmatic

Amazing Baccarat was launched by Pragmatic Play in June 2026. It spices up the regular old baccarat game with designated multiplier cards which, if dealt to the winning position, boost the payout.
Amazing Baccarat is Pragmatic’s second effort at a baccarat multiplier game, joining Mega Baccarat which has been running for a few years now.
Players looking for a twist in the regular baccarat game without having to sacrifice returns, should enjoy this game. The action comes fast with only 10 seconds betting time, quick presentation of multipliers and a swift deal.
You can play it now at any casino carrying Pragmatic’s tables, including Stake, 888 and Dublinbet.
How to Play Amazing Baccarat
For the main game, you’re essentially playing baccarat. Same deal, same card values, same third card rules, same win condition (closest position to 9). For a recap on these, check our baccarat tutorial page.
Where Amazing Baccarat differs from regular baccarat, is:
- the potential for boosted payouts from 5 randomly assigned multiplier cards each round, and
- a multiplier fee of 20% that is applied to all bets in all rounds.

As an example, a €5 chip on Banker you are charged €6 chip, as above.
How the Multipliers Work
As soon as bets close 5 Lucky Cards are randomly chosen and a random multiplier of 2×, 3×, 5×, 8×, 10×, 20×, 50×, 100× or 200× is assigned to each. If any of these cards are dealt to a winning position, they multiply the payout accordingly. If more than one Lucky Card is dealt to the potion, the multipliers sum for the final multiplier amount.
As an example, a winning Player hand contains 2× and 3× Lucky Cards, sees the payout increases from 1:1 to 5:1.
A winning Banker hand with a single 2× Lucky Card, is boosted from regular 0.95:1 to 1.95:1.

Wins that do not contain any Lucky Cards, pay the regular 0.95:1 for Banker, 1:1 for Player.
It’s worth pointing out, presently Pragmatic display the Banker payout as 1:1. The below €9.75 payout on a €5 bet shows this clearly is not the case. A 5% vigorish does apply to Banker wins. In other words, the bet pays 0.95:1.

Tie bets have a default payout of 5.5:1 but offer the tantalising possibility of having all 5 Lucky Cards in play for a Tie result. This possibility, albeit remote, teases the chance of a 6,600:1 payout.
Amazing Baccarat Bet Payouts and Returns
Main game…
| Bet | Default payout | Max multiplied payout | RTP |
| Player | 1:1 | 600 :1 | 98.80% |
| Banker | 0.95:1 | 599.95 :1 | 98.74% |
| Tie | 5.5:1 | 6,600 :1 | 93.48% |
Side bets…
A bunch of side bets can also be taken in addition to the main game (but shouldn’t be due to poor returns). The Banker/Player side bet isn’t new. Amazing 8s is and also offers the game’s highest possible payout (but still should be left alone).
Amazing 8s side bet wins if the two hands tie with a score of 8.
| Bet | Result | Payout | RTP |
| Player/Banker Pairs | 10:1 | 4,000:1 | 92.16% |
| Amazing 8s | 55:1 | 66,000:1 | 93.52% |
Amazing Baccarat Playing Strategy
Pretty simple…avoid chasing the big payouts on Tie and side bets and stick to Player and Banker bets. These offer theoretical returns not far off the traditional baccarat game, with the fun of multiplied returns still on offer.
