World Casino Championships. Want to go?

What do testicle cooking, toe wrestling, air sex, hide-n-seek and musical chairs all have in common?

Each of these disciplines has a world championship to decide the best of the best. You can even win the world title for biggest nose, if the length plus width of your honker manages to best all comers.

So why not a World Casino Championship?

Why not indeed. It’s on this year.

Thanks to a little sponsorship support from Kindred Group and Evolution Gaming, the inaugural World Casino Championships will take place in November 2019. Malta is the chosen destination. The Intercontinental Malta, St. George’s Bay St. Julian’s to be exact. Right next door is Casino Malta (home of Casino Malta Roulette).

The weekend of 16 and 17 November is the date.

Four hundred or so players will be invited to take their seats in either (or both of) the Roulette Main Event, or the Blackjack Main Event. Cash prizes worth €200,000 are up for grabs, including first prizes for each main event of €50,000. Someone will also take home an 18kt gold chip set with 110 small diamonds worth €10,000.

So how can you get there?

Qualifying for these events will run via offline tournaments at Casino Malta, and online at a bunch of Kindred/Evolution related operators including 32Red and Unibet. And these qualifiers have already started.

Unibet are raffling an entry to the Roulette Main event.

32Red are making you earn it via a leaderboard.

In coming weeks entries to the Blackjack Main event will be also be up for grabs.

So if you think you’ve got what it takes to be the world champion of blackjack or roulette, keep an eye out for qualifying events (at 32 Red and Unibet) if you don’t want to have to fly to Malta for the qualifiers being held on site.
