Vegas Drops Roulette Live from StakeLogic

This is Vegas Drops Roulette from StakeLogic, one of their 2025 live game show releases.
Vegas Drops is a roulette based game that gives players the chance to win through to the Vegas Drops bonus round, where payouts up to 4999:1 are on offer. It can be played at any casino carrying StakeLogic’s live games, including Stelario, Windetta or Frumzi.
How to Play Vegas Drops Roulette
The game is powered by a standard European Roulette wheel. Using either the virtual table or racetrack you are able to place all the regular roulette bets…betting inside, outside or neighbours.
Payouts for all bets other than straight-up, are identical to those of regular European Roulette. Where this game differs from regular roulette is the payouts for straight-up bets and the possibility that these bets win through a bonus game
Straight-up bets on Vegas Drops
The base payout on straight-up bets is 29:1. This is reduced from the regular 35:1. That’s the downside. The upside is that a winning straight-up bet on this game can put you through to the Vegas Drops bonus game where potential big payouts are on offer (max 4.999:1).
You can win through to the bonus round if your winning straight-up number has been designated a Red or Gold number.
Red and Gold numbers and SuperStake mode
Each round after bets close, 1 to 5 roulette numbers are selected as Red Numbers, and 1 to 5 roulette numbers are selected as Gold Numbers. Should the spin result in any of these numbers, the bonus game is activated.
If you have a straight up bet on any of the Red numbers, that bet carries through to the bonus round to earn a payout. If you have a straight up bet on any of the Gold numbers, that bet carries through to the bonus round if you have enabled Super Stake mode.
Red numbers apply to all players. Gold numbers only apply to players who have activated Super Stake mode.

If you flick the Super Stake button (right of chip selector) during betting time, 2 things happen…
- You incur a 50% Super Stake fee on all straight-up bets placed (deducted from your balance but not added to your bet), and
- Gold Numbers are activated for your bets.
What are the stars under the numbers?
Stars (1 to 5) are randomly allocated to Gold and Red numbers and correspond to the number of columns that will be tallied in the bonus game. The more stars the better. More on this below.
Bonus Buy Feature
There’s also a bonus buy feature that guarantees entry into the bonus game if it is triggered. Options here are:
- Guaranteed bonus game for Red number hit: costs 9× your bet amount.
- Guaranteed bonus game for Gold number hit: costs 21× your bet amount.
- Guaranteed bonus game for Red or Gold number hit: costs 30× your bet amount.

The Vegas Drops Bonus game
In the example round a spin result of black 28, which was a Gold number triggers the Vegas Drops bonus game. With a straight-up bet on 28 (along with most other numbers) our bet carries through to the bonus round.

The bonus round sees 5 columns randomly populated with multiplier values. The final multiplier value applied will be equal to the the sum of multipliers in 1, 2, 3, 4 or all 5 columns – the number of columns used depends on the star value of the Gold (or Red) number.
In the example round, 28 was a 5 star Gold number so multiplier values for all 5 columns are added for a handy 338× final payout.

Printing money indeed!
Vegas Drops Roulette Bet payouts and RTP
Let’s not get too excited. Nothing like the cold hard numbers to bring us crashing back to earth. Those numbers being the theoretical returns or RTP rates applying to the game’s bets.
You can see from the below, that even with the promise of potentially massive returns, straight-up bets on Vegas Drops Roulette leave you slightly worse off than the equivalent bet on European Roulette.
| Vegas Drops Roulette | European Roulette compared | ||||
| Bet | Base Payout | Top payout | RTP | Payout | RTP |
| Straight Up | 29:1 | 4,999:1 | 97.25% * | 35:1 | 97.3% |

| Odd/Even | 1:1 | 1:1 | 97.3% | 1:1 | 97.3% |
| 1-18/19-36 | 1:1 | 1:1 | 97.3% | 1:1 | 97.3% |
* 97.25% with Super Stake on. 97.26% with Super Stake off
It has to be said though, that this is quite a fun game to play. Vegas Drops bonus games are triggered quite frequently and as long as you have a wide spread of bets, you can participate quite often so big payouts feel within reach. And with an RTP just marginally below regular roulette, you are not being penalised too much for chasing the dream.
