Smart Live Casino introduces 7 seat live blackjack

This is a great development for players at Smart Live Casino who are wanting to play blackjack the way it’s supposed to be played.

Until now, Smart Live only offered a one-to-many live blackjack version. Effectively you’re playing ‘standard’ blackjack rules, but the deal is altered to account for the fact that the one hand is being dealt to, and played by many players. This unconventional deal is OK I guess if you’re not a blackjack traditionalist, but a bit disconcerting if you’re looking to play the game as you would inside your favourite bricks and mortar casino.

Being a platform developed for TV you can understand why Smart Live only offered blackjack in one-to-any format initially – you can’t really broadcast a game on television that only 7 viewers can participate in!

Needless to say, their new 7 seat version is built for web play. You take a seat at the table and cards dealt to that seat are played by you exclusively. Other players at the table likewise play their hands in turn.

Table limits are £/€/$1- 500 and as for all 7 seat live blackjack games, free/guest play is not offered so you’ll have to be registered and logged in to the casino to view the game, and account-funded to take a seat and place bets.

Curiously, it’s still on a restricted timetable…currently available  for play 18:00-00:00 (GMT) only.
